HIT training in the RED ZONE for speed interval training helps boxers meet their fighting weight and also helps regular gym goers lose weight.
Boxing is a high intensity sport so your training should also be high intensity (HIT). Steady paced jogging on the street will not cut it, instead I train my boxers in speed interval training on the treadmill in the red zone to improve aerobic fitness levels.
